Great base for parks and amenities. Olive Garden Restaurant... big hit, fab food. Discovery Cove, despite the weather, was excellent. Big thanks to Hugh for responding so promptly to my washing machine crisis.

The house and description were perfectly accurate. My 2children,niece,and two best friends and myself stayed at this beautiful town home we had alot of fun very convient to everything. We had gone to Sea World which was very convient to the house. The owner provided excellent communication before our stay. The property was very well taken care of the only thing I would recommend would be some neccesities like trash bags toilet paper etc... I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area. We had a blast thank you so much and would return to this home in the future vacations.

We have been visiting Florida since 1998 and stayed at this villa for a number of years since 2012 and found Howard and his management team to always friendly and VERY HELPFUL.

The villa itself far enough out to be quite but close enough to ALL the theme parks as well as shops and other main highways ( a car is essential - driveway is big enough for two cars/vans )

The 4 bedrooms are clean and spacious come to think of it the whole villa is from the first moment you walk through the door you notice that is comfortable and welcoming.  From the laundry, games room to the swimming pool you find yourself at home.  The kitchen area is equipped Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and large enough to cook in if you wish.we have no problem in highly recommend this villa.

We stayed for 6 nights followed by 3 nights with a 7 night break (Disney cruise) in between. This has been one of the best villas we have stayed in, and we have been to Orlando about 7 times in the last 10 years. Location is excellent - very easy to find and really is only 15 mins from Disney. New shopping complex around 2 mins up the road inc JC Penny and Walmart just 5 mins the other way. Facilities in the property are excellent and everything extremely clean. My youngest son (6) loved the disney themed bedroom and my oldest (8) loved having a double bed to himself and his own TV!! Would definitely recommend, and hope to come back again soon.

We stayed at this villa for 14 nights in July 2009. There were 4 adults and 4 kids aged (10,11,12,14). The villa was as described and between 12-15 mins from Disney, which was perfect. It had everything in it we needed for our stay. There is a Publix Supermarket about 2 mins drive from the villa and a Walmart about 5 mins drive away. The owners are very helpful and have answered any questions we had before and after booking. Also the Villa Management Company were very quick to help us, when we had any questions duing our stay in Florida.

Loved the pool, it was a bit cold to start with but lovely after a couple of days. Great location, hopefully coming back soon. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay here. It was great to get back from the parks and recover by the pool after an exhausting day and the kids had the games room.

The kitchen meant it was so convenient to eat at home some of the nights, al fresco by the pool with a glass of red - paradise!

We will definitely be back.  

Came to Orlando in October, the weather was superb, the parks were only a 1/4 full and the peaceful surroundings of the villa at the end of every packed day was the medicine for a relaxing family holiday.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. We will never do Florida another way, see you soon.

A fantastic base - close enough to all the parks but a quiet haven to return to after busy days. The pool was a huge hit with the children - especially the inflatables! Saw the shuttle launch on 23rd Oct, amazing! Fantasmic show at MGM was spectacular, saw it twice. Weather good despite a few showers - crowds relativel small at parks. Good steaks at 'Outback' A fantastic time had by all 3 generations.
